This image shows two
Dresser CL18 columns with DM136 curved cornices and DM154C footbases. The
columns were manufactured in MDF material and the bodies were grooved to
give the effect of stone pillars. They were painted to give a sandstone
stone colour. They have been placed to give the effect of supporting a
large fireplace. These columns were installed in the Via fossa ,
Nottingham ,England. |

This image shows a
Dresser CL18 column with a DC160carved crown capital. The capital has
been gilded and the body of the column given a marble effect finish. The
robust construction has allowed the designer to anchor the handrails
either side of the column. These columns are installed at The Opera
House, Magherafelt, N.Ireland. |

painted and a white marble effect applied. The column was supplied split
to wrap around structural steelwork.
